Brook Street is delighted to be working with out Ballymoney client who requires a highly motivated and enthusiastic Client Services Advisor to work within their Client Services Department.

The success of the business relies on a dynamic Client Services Team. It's the skills of the internal people that contribute to the client becoming the number one payroll provider in the UK.

The Client Services Advisor will play a key role to support the client to achieve their goals.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

* Handling customer inbound queries via email and telephone and providing resolution if applicable
* Liaising with internal teams to resolve any issues
* Delivering quality customer service with patience, empathy and building rapport are essential
* Recording information accurately into our database using the software provided
* Identify potential improvements in Client Services and make recommendations to the Client Services Manager and implement recommended changes for Clients if required

As a Client Service Advisor, you will be expected to have:

* People skills - you will be required to interact with a diverse range of people daily including international clients. A friendly telephone manner and strong communication skills are essential
* Ability to work under pressure and solve problems - candidates must be able to handle challenging calls with resilience and confidence
* Competent computer skills - candidates must be able to navigate between systems and switch between different applications with ease. Strong excel skills essential.
* Payroll & HR knowledge desirable.

Salary will depend on background - £19-25k per annum
Hours: Full Time, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, 37.5 hours per week
