THE ROLE

The Client Services Team is responsible for supporting and providing an exceptional service to both external clients and internal stakeholders with issue and query resolution. The post holder will be the primary liaison for service side of the client relationship including escalation, will have oversight of client projects and implementations, execution of account plan activities, building of relationships with client contacts and coordination of the client loyalty process.

They are market leaders in the back-office outsourcing services to stockbrokers and wealth managers in UK and Europe


TYPICAL DAILY JOB DUTIES - WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

  • Analysing, converting and configuring data within multiple systems
  • Complete all tasks accurately, display competency and ensure all SLAs are met, and where not possible, appropriate escalation is completed.
  • Maintain knowledge of all team SLA's and appropriate/immediate escalation to the Team Manager if SLA exceptions are identified.
  • Promote and demonstrate a good working relationship with internal stakeholders ensuring regular feedback is provided to Team Manager.
  • Complete, monitor and progress all client related tasks, queries, and issues to the highest standard

PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • Analytical experience or similar - able to understand how to convert and configure data within multiple systems
  • Experience of Microsoft Office or similar applications
  • Good understanding of business configuration processes
  • Client services background would be ideal
  • Recent graduates with an analytical degree or similar would be ideal
