Job Description

Are you a highly organised and proactive individual who can work to tight deadlines within a team environment? Do you have excellent customer service experience both face to face and over the phone?

If so, please apply today as a fantastic company based in Milton Park are looking for a Client Services Executive to join their busy team to help manage a portfolio of over 60 clients ensuring an excellent relationship is always established and making sure all issues are escalated appropriately.

As the new Client Services Executive you will be expected to work Monday - Friday between 8:30 - 17:00 and it will be your responsibility to conduct regular customer reviews via telephone and email as well as monitoring and verifying accuracy of all information and maintaining records.

To be considered for this fantastic opportunity you need to have a highly professional approach and an excellent telephone and email manner as well as good administration skills and great attention to detail. Working to deadlines and prioritising your workload is also an essential skill you need to have.

The company are looking to offer their new Client Services Executive a salary of £18-21k, depending on experience as well as 24 days holiday + Bank Holidays which rises to 26 days holiday allowance after 2 years service; as well as private healthcare.
