Role - Client Services Executive
Salary - £20,000 - £22,000 per annum
Job Type - Permanent, Full Time
Location - Milton Park, Oxfordshire

Our client is a fast-growing independent provider based on Milton Park, Didcot that support various SME clients with financial solutions. Due to growth, they are looking to add a Client Service Executive to their friendly, fun and developing team where they have excellent benefits for you to receive.

Your key role will be to contribute to the service delivery team and assist clients on a range of services whilst ensuring all customer related queries are handled efficiently. Taking responsibility for maintaining excellent standards of client service, requesting and processing client information, and monitoring and administering client funding - you will be a very important part of the team.

Liaising with clients to ensure that an excellent relationship is always established and maintained with clients and their staff
Monitor and raise any risk or service issues to the client management team
Promote group products and additional services to clients and prospective clients
Provide daily administration assistance to clients and colleagues
Support Client Management with client funding or payment proposals
Undertake invoice and sales ledger verification and credit control in line with company procedures and as directed by client management
Liaise with clients to ensure documentation is received and actioned within a timely manner
Keep records of client administration activity for future review or follow up
Assist and support Management Team and New Business with the introduction of new clients
Any other administrative duty required by the business


Ideal personal attributes & skills…
Previous experience working in administration role or client facing
Be a team player as well as work independently
Excellent verbal and written skills to be portrayed with confidence
Committed and able to develop own skills with development guidance
Desirable to have an interest in finance or a qualification representing this
