Client Service Executive / Client Service Manager

Report to: Director

Experience on client and agency

Confident with digital marketing

Ideally fluent in French but not essential.

Happy to look at Exec upto manager level

3) Purpose of job

You will work with our newest client, TechnipFMC, to manage their Yammer social media

platform helping to encourage take up and regular usage by 37,000 worldwide employees.

X has the opportunity to grow this account into website design, creation and

management as well as event support and collateral creation. Your role will be to support the

client Yammer Manager to engage with all employees to help drive regular usage of Yammer

as a business idea, engagement and news platform. Helping employees exchange, share and

be heard by senior management. Empowering employees globally to drive engagement,

cultivate ideas and encourage knowledge sharing. It will also involve working with the client

Web Manager to ensure the creation of a range of websites to promote the client's products

and services to staff, prospects, new business prospects and investors.

Microsoft suite and drive active Yammer engagement and increase its use within the

company.

JOB CONTENT

4) Key Tasks/Roles

  • Ability to manage an account that has as its primary requirement internal

communications experience

  • Experience of working on Yammer / internal social media platform communication based

initiatives - driving sign-up, engagement and usage numbers

  • Knowledge and experience of managing the digital build process for websites
  • To uphold and develop existing client relationships and cement new relationships where

possible

  • To be the first point of contact for clients and ensuring their needs are catered for
  • Pro-active handling of client's time management and project delivery schedules
  • Identifying new project opportunities with clients
  • Source quotes and samples from suppliers
  • Creating cost estimates and project timelines
  • Ensuring successful raising of POs through 3rd party procurement company
  • Budget tracking and management of large quarterly credit retainers
  • Monthly invoicing and job bag management
  • Ensuring projects are delivered to budget, deadline, brief and key KPIs
  • Ability to confidently brief copywriters, digital programmers, designers, printers,

journalists and other third-party suppliers

  • To provide a 'second pair of eyes' for proofing purposes and ensure that all own projects

are counter proofed by another member of the team, prior to supply to client/printer

  • To ensure that the Managing Director / Creative Director is informed about all important

project milestones

  • To work with other team members to ensure optimal distribution of workloads
  • To manage own projects with a high degree of professionalism, keeping accurate

records, status sheets and report to the Managing Director / Creative Director regularly

on status

5) Other Duties:

  • To answer phones when required
  • To support fellow company employees
  • To draft contact/status reports as necessary and any other support documentation
  • To provide additional resource for research tasks and any other one-off tasks

6) Product and Market knowledge required:

  • Yammer or other enterprise level social media platforms
  • Manager must have minimum 2years experience working agency side, 1 year for CSE
  • Must have internal communications experience
  • Ideally would have web build management experience

7) Academic qualifications required:

  • Degree level: 2:1+ ideally in business / marketing

8) Skills / Knowledge required:

  • Print, Digital, Online, Social and Video
  • Web principles
  • Google Analytics
  • French would be an asset
