I am recruiting a Client Support Administrator on a contract basis up to December 2020/January 2021 for a company based in Leamington Spa.
The company has had significant growth over the past few years and are on impressive growth plans for the future already!
In this role you will find that no two days are the same and main duties include -
Liaising with internal departments and external clients regularly
Creating and maintaining records on the CRM and Proposals team
Administration of the client work from proposal through to contract and invoice
Ensuring the client facing team have everything they need for a positive client experience
For this role you will have -
A strong Administration & coordination background
Experience of diary management is highly desirable
Strong communication skills
Be able to prioritise various workloads whilst adapting to change at short notice
If you love organising and coordinating, then this role is ideal for you!
Hours of work are 8:30 - 17:00 Monday to Friday however flexibility can be offered around this also.
The salary is £20,000 - £23,000 (pro-rata) with 25 days holiday + bank holidays + Christmas shutdown!
