Do you have strong Administration experience and you are looking for your next exciting opportunity, then read on!

I am recruiting a Client Support Administrator for a company based in Leamington Spa. The company has had significant growth in 2018 and are on impressive growth plans for 2019 already, due to this they are looking to recruit an additional Client Support Administrator.

In this role you will find that no two days are the same and main duties include -
Liaising with internal departments and external clients regularly
Creating and maintaining records on the CRM and Proposals team
Administrating the client work from proposal through to contract and invoice
Ensuring the client facing team have everything they need for a positive client experience

For this role you will have -
A strong Administration background
Diary management is highly desirable
Strong communication skills
Be able to prioritise various different workloads whilst adapting to change at short notice

Hours of work are 8:30 - 17:00 Monday to Friday however flexibility can be offered.

The salary is £20,000 - £23,000 with 25 days holiday + bank holidays + Christmas shutdown!
