This leading care provider who has services throughout the UK are looking to strengthen their management team in their nursing home based in Arundel, West Sussex

We are looking for Clinical Deputy Manager who is able to lead, direct and develop their clinical team as well as supporting the Home Manager in the overall management of the home.

The ideal candidate will either already be a Deputy manager, Clinical Lead or perhaps a Senior Nurse in their current role. You will also have experience of working within elderly nursing/dementia residential care.
