We are working with a leading providing of nursing care with over 20 years experience and privately owned on their search for a Deputy Clinical Manager in Downham Market, Norfolk

This is a 60 bedded service, which provides exceptional, specialised care for those in need of residential, nursing and dementia care

We are looking for your clinical expertise and your ability to support the Home Manager, which will including managing the home in the Manager's absence

This is a 40 hours per week - shifts split between supernumerary & time on the floor
This role is to ultimately ensure that all residents are receiving the highest quality care and that your team has professional support in the day to day service delivery

Essentials

• You must be a qualified nurse with NMC Registration/UK Pin No
• You will have previous experience as a Deputy Home Manager
• Good working knowledge of CQC standards
• You will be required to have had or be willing to have the COVID19 vaccination for this position.
