We are working with one of the leading care providers of mental health care who offer specialist mental health packages to young people aged 16-25 in residential care settings. The role is based in Warrington with travel across Cheshire services.

The young people that they work with often present with high levels of complexity and risk if they were living in less restrictive settings. Many of the young people that they work with move from inappropriate care settings and may have had numerous admissions/placement breakdowns.

Your expertise and experience as a Band 6 (or above) Registered Nurse will bring experience in risk assessment, a proactive and innovative management of clinical risk, risk assessment & management and you will always work with a therapeutic & risk-taking approach.

You will need an understanding of and/or experience in Liaison or a role in Tier 4 inpatient CAMHS and have worked within secure and/or outreach settings.

You will also need experience of Clinical Supervision/line management of a junior team
