Clinical Team Leader

£29,177 Per annum 4 Sleeps per month included.

Are you a qualified Mental Health Nurse who would love the opportunity to lead within a supported living environment making a real difference to the staff and service users you work with?

This is an interested and varied opportunity to manage staff and have a clinical involvement in the care planning and assessment of the needs of the people you support.

As a clinical team leader, your knowledge will impact and determine the recovery, support and outcomes of our fabulous service users and as such this a genuinely rewarding opportunity to take your learned experience within mental health nursing and apply it on a wider scale across multiple supported living services. You will have the opportunity to lead and train staff into better practice and use your technical innovation to inspire change and growth amongst your direct reports.

You will be based across 3 services with around 32 residents between the 3 sites. If you have done a similar role in either the NHS or other care services and looking for a little less responsibility and pressure this is the perfect job for you. You will be working with the team leaders across the 3 sites and also reporting into the registered manager who looks after all 3 sites. You will be required to work 4 sleeps per month, 37.5 hours per week.
