Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Clinical Unit Manager for our established client based in Leigh.

The home is a 180 bedded service split into 6 houses on one site looking at elderly care and dementia where the home has just been inspected and achieved a Good CQC report.

Requirements
- You must be have experience of leading a team of people and be able to evidence this.
- You must be a registered nurse and have a current and active PIN.
- You must have a proven track record in delivering good care results
- You must have a good understanding of CQC and other regulatory bodies (DoLs/MCA)
- Managed a Nursing Unit previously in a compliant home
