Job title: CMM/ GOM TECHNICIAN

Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Location: TELFORD

As an CMM/ GOM Technician, you are responsible for

"Supporting the customers and team through innovation, lessons learned and best practices
"Coordinating part measurement activities
"Interpreting customers systems and specifications an ensuring they are met
"Support and ensure the phased deliverables in the APQP process are met on time
"Validating the quality requirement for tool buyoff and all build phases MRD`s
"Coordinating programme status updates with the QA engineering
"Ensuring the reports are double checked for errors and route cause is determined for all RED/failed conditions
"Maintaining and carrying out a schedule of annual layouts for parts and fixtures
"Maintaining CMM and GOM software and ensuring all updates are actioned
"Ensuring health and safety is practiced at all times

Skills and Experience Required AME:

"You must hold a full driving license
"You must have experience in an automotive sector
"You must be willing to work in various locations both onsite and on customer sites
"You must have experience of APQP and PPAP processes
"You must have experience of MSA, SPC, QMS and NCM reporting
"Calypso experience
"You must have experience of preparing, reading and interpreting reports, instructions and guidelines
