We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a CNC Grinder to join a successful team at one of our market leading Lincoln based clients, who enjoy year on year growth. We are seeking a skilled operative who has previous experience working in an engineering environment. This role operates on a 3 shift pattern. The candidate must be dependable, target orientated and have a attention to detail.

The role will involve operating CNC grinding machines as well as carrying out manual processes. Reading engineer drawings and using measuring equipment is essential. Ensuring parts conform to drawings and they are processed in the given time, ensure documentation is accurate and organised. Work on multi manning machines and achieve area targets as given by production management.

Skills & Experience

NVQ/Advanced Modern Apprenticeship in Engineering

English Language and Maths GCSE grade C or above
Previous experience in engineering environment
Computer literate
Team worker


Job Type: Permanent

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000

37 hours per week - Shift Rotation.
