Job Description

We are seeking a multi skilled candidate with experience of multi axis CNC Machining, Programming and Quality inspection including use of CMM
Your duties include:
" CNC Machining
" Off line programming
" Fully set and operate 4&5 axis CNC milling machines.
" Performing 100% inspection and production of inspection reports
" Operate within a 5`s manufacturing environment and to ISO 9001: 2015 Quality standards
Experience:
" Demonstrable experience of CNC programming - Edgecam or similar required
" Thorough experience of multi axis (4 & 5) CNC machining
" Thorough experience of reading & interpreting component drawings and instructions
" Working to high quality standards
Qualifications
" Engineering apprenticeship
" National Engineering Technical certificate
" NVQ`s or City and Guilds
General
The client operates a standard 37-hour week (4.5) days, with opportunity for occasional overtime, weekend and shift work which is paid at a premium.
