Our respectable client who are world leaders in what they do, are currently recruiting CNC Machinists to join their Lincoln facility.

Salary: £26,200 + Competitive Shift Premium
Position: Full Time - Fixed Term 12 Month Contract
Hours: Weekly Rotating 2 Shift System
Shift 1 06.30 - 14.00 (Mon- Thurs) 06.30 - 13.30 (Fridays)
Shift 2 14.00 - 22.00 (Mon- Thurs) 13.30 - 18.30 (Fridays)


The vacancy will require a flexible approach covering CNC Machining skills or development of skills across the following Production areas:
" Turning
" Milling
" Grinding


Skills/ Qualifications:
" Be self-motivated and have good communication skills, both verbal and written. Understand the need to work as part of a team and be committed to targets and measures of that team
" Recognised time served Mechanical Engineering Apprenticeship or Equivalent NVQ Level 3 (ESSENTIAL as proof of certification is required)
" Show good timekeeping and be flexible in working shift patterns/additional hours
" Have a good awareness of the importance of a safe working environment and duties on oneself and others within the Company`s HSE policy
" Applicants should be able to read engineering drawings, use standard measuring equipment and have a sound understanding of general machining principles.
