Our client is a dedicated personal injury law firm based in Liverpool who have an outstanding team of Solicitors who are renowned for their expertise in Personal Injury, Employment Law, Foreign Injuries and even catastrophic events.
They deal with very high-quality personal injury cases and have grown steadily over the past few years. As a result of their success they are now looking for a CNF Team Quality Manager with experience Fee Earning as an ELPL litigator.

Job Description
Managing the team responsible for completing the Claim Notification Form
Working closely with the first Response Team Manager to ensure the claim progresses correctly through each stage
Ensuring the team completes the initial investigation, and submits claim notifications forms via the MOJ Portal
Working with and supporting the directors and other senior management colleagues to develop and grow the team successfully
Reviewing the teams' daily tasks and monitoring the progression of each employee on the team
Personal Specification:
Previous Customer Service skills/experience
Previous Management experience
Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills
Experience with Personal Injury
An ability to work using own initiative within boundaries
An ability to work effectively with people across a wide range of levels and responsibilities
Good attention to detail
Good team working skills
