Telephone Collection Negotiators
Northampton Town Centre
£16,000 - £21,000 DOE + uncapped BONUS
OTE £25k - £30k+

THE ROLE
We are looking for Telephone Collection Negotiators to work in Northampton town centre call centre. This is an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic and hardworking individuals. You will be working for a nationwide enforcement company where you will be responsible for collecting outstanding government debt.

You will deal with high volume calls to recover outstanding debts, discussing with customers how to clear their debt. You will be setting up payment plans where necessary, following up with customers and logging all information on the internal system.

THE CANDIDATE
The successful candidates will be assertive, pro-active and highly self-motivated. You will have the ability to negotiate effectively with customers whilst always maintaining a high level of professionalism and have the ability to make sensible decisions.

You will be dealing with customers at pre-enforcement stage of debt collection; this could mean that you will be dealing with potentially aggressive and very distressed customers. You should therefore have a very resilient nature, excellent communication skills and have the ability to remain calm at all times. This position will suit someone with the drive and determination to achieve targets and have the hunger to earn uncapped commissions £££

Hours: 35 hours (week 1, Mon to Fri, 8.00 - 15.30; week 2, Mon to Fri, 15.30 - 21.00 + Sat & Sun till 4pm required to work once a month)
