Collections Agent

Brook street are recruiting for a collections agent to support the customer financial services team, based in Coventry on a fixed term contract for 12 months.

In this role you will be contacting customers directly with regards to their accounts and / or any outstanding debts.

You will provide excellent customer service when you are working within the Account Management or Credit Management function.

The right candidate will have an excellent customer service background, showing the ability to remain professional and courteous in providing solutions within approved financial parameters.
Experience within credit or collections would be essential.

Paying £9.00-£11.00
Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week.
