Brook Street UK Ltd are delighted to be sourcing CV`s for our Utility based client based in Belfast City Centre

Our client has advised that this role is temporary with a view of becoming permanent


The successful applicant will join the Debt Collections team where you will be responsible for collecting commercial debt for the client. You will answer inbound calls in a polite and professional manner and make a high volume of outbound calls via a dialler while maintaining set targets. Your goal is to secure immediate payments from customers and planning arrangements for those who are in genuine hardship.


Due to the nature of this role, it would be desirable if the applicant had knowledge of Debt Collection methods, 6 months experience working in a Debt recovery, sales, or financial role. Experience gained in a high volume Contact Centre and experience of working in a targeted environment and an understanding of SLA agreements

Essential criteria of the role are
Experience of using IT systems and packages including Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience of working in a customer/client focused environment , 5 GCSE's or equivalent at Grade A - C including Maths and English


In return, you will be paid an hourly rate of £8.72, and potential to earn bonus payment
