Job Description

Our energy supplier company based in Solihull is looking for Collection Specialists to join their dynamic team. This role will be temporary for six months initially with the possibility of extension pending business needs.

As part of this role, you will be carrying out the following:
- Contacting small business customers by telephone
- Collecting early debt
- Providing excellent customer service
- Assisting with customer queries

As the ideal candidate, you will:
- Have credit control experience
- Have experience working with a number of systems
- Competent in Microsoft Excel

This role will require you to work within their offices in Solihull initially. Working from home may be an option but, this is not guaranteed. Full training will be provided.

This is a full time role with flexibility between 8AM and 5PM for the right candidate. This role will be offering a pay rate of £15.14 per hour.
