I am recruiting for a Support Worker to support a Student in college..!!

The client is an ambitious provider of services for children and adults with learning disabilities in the Jewish Community located in NW and NE London. The client runs an outstanding nursery and special school as well as employment, support and residential services for adults . The service now also leads an innovative vocational programme for students with a variety of learning disabilities aged 18-25.

The right candidate will need to:
o Support students at college aged 18-25 with learning disabilities on a 1:1 basis
o Support students` independence and inclusion in education, vocational and community life
o Work as part of, and be supported by, our leading and dedicated team
o Bring your own interests, creativity and enthusiasm to engage with the people we support
o Commit to showing dignity and respect at all times to the individuals we support
o Make a real difference to people`s lives in highly fulfilling roles

Hours: 2 days a week: Tuesday/ Wednesday/Thursday 9.00am - 4.00pm.
Salary: Competitive rates according to experience
Additional hours may be available throughout the year supporting college students and other adults with learning disabilities.
Start Date: Immediate start following one day Induction
