Job Description
Due to expansion, this company in Stockport are looking for an experienced administrator to support the team. It's a bright and modern working environment
Working within a small office environment you will need to have great admin skills, be able to prioritise your workload to meet the demands of the business and previous experience within a similar role
Working within a small office environment you will need to have great admin skills, be able to prioritise your workload to meet the demands of the business and previous experience within a similar role
Duties within the role will include:
Processing sales orders
Dealing with sales related queries and providing quotes
Allocating stock and picking small items when required, creating delivery notes
Taking credit card payments and recording timesheets
Liaising with engineers and chasing for information
General administration, ordering stationary and the upkeep of the photocopier, generally ensuring office systems rum smoothly and that there are enough kitchen supplies.
Hotel reservations
You should have a confident manner, have previous commercial experience and great communication skills.
Salary £18,500
Holidays 25 + Bank Holidays
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 to 5pm
