Litigation solicitors required to form a commercial and property litigation department to assist with a wide range of challenging and complex property dispute matters. With a focus on the following;

Property

Landlord and tenant disputes

Forfeiture of commercial leases

Dilapidations & Property Disrepair

Commercial

Contract disputes

Debt Litigation

Insolvency

The firm's core sector specialities include retail, licensed leisure, real estate, and healthcare. However there is a large concentration of office accommodation in Woking town centre with employers from the FMCG, IT, Engineering Services and Charities sectors being particularly well represented and provide a large number of highly skilled jobs and opportunities for legal tender.

This role is brand new to the firm and requires a candidate with strong marketing skills and an ability to win cases. Attention to detail and the ability to build and sustain strong client relationships are essential requirements. You should be able to demonstrate technical expertise and a varied range of experience including case management and advocacy. You will be expected to provide a high level of service to existing clients.
