Job title: Commercial Claims Technician
Hours: 35 Hours per week Mon-Friday 9am to 5pm
Salary: £25,000 to £35,000

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented, and preferably experienced, Claims Advisor or Technician to really make a difference to people and provide superb customer service to our portfolio of clients within our Commercial Division. The role would suit someone who is presently in a technician role wishing to develop their career further.
Working alongside Commercial Adjusters, you will assist in managing their cases and have the ability to gather information and evidence from third parties and undertake validation as well as responding to enquiries and supporting the adjusters whilst they are away from the office.

Ideally you will have/will be:
o Experienced in dealing with commercial property damage insurance claims
o Superb communications skills - listening and acting upon information given
o The ability to work on your own initiative, supporting the adjuster as required
o Develop and maintain a close working relationship with the customers, to promote customer satisfaction during all stages of the claim.
o Understanding and empathy when required
o Able to prioritise your workload on a daily basis
o Excellent keyboard skills
o Excellent IT skills
o Educated to an advanced level
o Dip CII/Cert CILA qualified or willing to work towards this qualification
