A rapidly growing well reputable Legal firm in Bury are looking for a Commercial Conveyancing Solicitor to join their team.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing commercial conveyancing caseload including shared ownership,
Not only will you be you will benefit from the firm`s internal coaching programme, but you`ll also have a real chance to progress within the department. Dealing with exchange of contracts and completion and post completion steps.


Overview of role:
- Leading and managing a caseload of commercial conveyancing matters
- Checking legal title in relation to the purchase
- Preparing and issuing contract papers
- Drafting mortgage reports
- Analysing search results
- Preparing completion statements
- Dealing with exchange of contracts and completion and post completion steps
- Supervising, developing and mentoring colleagues


The ideal candidate:

- Ability to work effectively with all types of people and be a committed team player
- Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer
- Excellent communication and organisational skills and ability to use own initiative
- Able to supervise Trainees, Paralegals and Admin Support
- Full understanding of all aspects of complex commercial conveyancing
- Professional and self-motivated

Salary range:
£35,000 - £45,000
