Commercial Customer Team Manager (IT Products)
Required for Corporate IT Business based in Edinburgh.


" The Commercial Customer Lead is responsible for the leadership of the Customer Executives, and for the continuous development of the Customer Management team for their region
You will also be responsible for customer satisfaction, and optimisation of customer margins in their Region
" Roles at this level will demonstrate all the abilities needed to deliver at a senior level, plan and organise own work and have substantial personal responsibility and autonomy. Senior stakeholder engagement experience required.

Duties and responsibilities: -
" Actively Plans and distributes workload appropriately to ensure that business needs and deadlines are met
" Provides clear, concise and relevant communication to ensure clarity of objectives and outputs required
" Has a strategic orientation, securing and optimising team tasks in day-to-day business
" Identifies and opens opportunities across complex and contracted professional service solutions to ensure a consistent pipeline
Controls relevant costs lines to meet budgetary requirements
" Identifies and implements suitable measures to increase sales and margins
" Takes cost-conscious actions in all relevant areas such as personnel costs, travel costs, training costs, etc
" Performs headcount planning for their team, implements necessary personnel measures at a divisional level
Resolves customer escalation in a timely manner to avoid disruption and minimise business impact
" Proactively builds rapport across a range of customers, levels and opportunities
" Identifies a broad range of opportunities to develop sales campaigns
" Knows and controls commitments to clients e.g. SLA, quotation completion time, delivery time, penalties, etc. Excellent career development prospects, office and home based working
