We have been assigned to a fantastic client in Bristol who have an immediate requirement for a Group Commercial Executive. The role is pivotal to the business and reports in the Group Commercial Manager. As GCE you will be managing all aspects of Profitability for the through both inbound and outbound pricing as well as investigative reporting.
If you are confident in bringing forward original ideas and contributing to business strategy, as well as having a hands-on role when it comes to dealing with data this role could be perfect for you. You will be working closely with the field sales team to construct prices files and contribute to strategy regarding product promotions etc.
" Produce analysis on purchasing profiles from Customers and Suppliers
" Evaluate promotional pricing requests from customers
" Produce and Maintain Pricing Files
" Contribute to Promotional Activity
" Work with the sales department to maximise profitability on bespoke or specialised order requests
" Attend Meetings with Customers and Suppliers
" Gathering key market trends, as well as sales and performance patterns
" Assisting in the negotiation of purchasing prices with Suppliers
*Strong Microsoft Excel skillset preferred*
