Are you a commercial manager that has experience within a previous Commercial Manager role in the property or maintenance industry that is also comfortable covering the whole of the North West?
If so, this could be the perfect role for you. Working across the North West area and being based out of the company's head office in the Wirral area, you can look forward to a salary ranging between £40,000-£50,000 (dependant on experience) and a fantastic benefits package on top of this.
Your day to day responsibilities in this role will include:
Managing the whole region's commercial team whilst inputting the team in a strategic direction.
Having key input into tender pricing and tender adjudication.
CVR production and monitoring, cost control and procurement duties.
Production of direct labour targets and overseeing all agreements and confirmation of sub-contractor prices.
Challenging operational delivery methods.
Ensuring invoicing and debtor day targets are met.
Producing robust monthly P&L reports and producing business reports
In order to apply for this role, you MUST have the following skills and experience:
Experienced in the commercial, housing association and local authority sectors.
Experienced in roles such as: senior Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager role
Experienced in lump sum and schedule of rates contracts, including M3NHF, bespoke and NSR.
