Job Description

Do you have experience in procurement either within the private or public sector? Are you looking to further your skills and work with other learning and development trainers? Then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Our client is a well-established company who work in Learning and Development. They are a small firm who work within defence, health, rail and air sectors. They are looking for someone with experience in procurement and corporate training. Ideally looking to spread their reach out to the local Thames Valley area, however the company do already have clients in the Middle East and Europe. If you have a background within the armed forces or the public sector background, this role would be perfect for you.

Your key duties will be; you will conduct face-to-face instruction, webinars and online courses. You can design innovative, cost effective learning and development solutions. You will have a proven knowledge and credibility within the subject. You will be working closely with several members of the team including consultants and leads. You must have evidence of continuous professional development. You will be delivering training in multiple locations across the country and on occasion abroad for both the private and public sector clients.

A certificate in Education and Training (Level 4) is required. The salary is between £38,000 and £42,000 +benefits.
