Job Description
COMMERCIAL PROPERTY ASSOCIATE REQUIRED FOR A WELL-ESTABLISHED LAW FIRM
We are recruiting for one of the region's most successful law firms who are looking for a Commercial Property Associate to join their office in Redditch.
The successful candidate will be awarded the opportunity to work for a leading law firm that offers excellent benefits and a competitive salary.
THE ROLE
You will be working on a diverse and high value caseload, dealing with acquisitions and disposals and landlords and tenant matters.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Dealing with sales, purchase and lease of land or property.
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts.
- Developing professional relationships, both with clients and with other potential sources of work.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
To be considered for this position you must have the following:
- A strong background in commercial property
- An organised and process-driven approach to work.
- A commercially astute frame of mind, understanding the importance of business targets and their impact to the practice.
- A strong commitment to providing an excellent standard of client care.
