Fantastic opportunity for a commercial property associate with a brilliant firm.
In this position you will handle your own work load whilst also getting to work on more complex commercial property matters. The firm has clients across a wide range of private and public sectors both locally and nationally.

Key areas you will be working on will be the following:
* Commercial landlord & tenant transactions
* Commercial leases
* Purchase and sale of business and investment properties
* Drafting licenses for commercial premises
* Residential development
