Fantastic opportunity to join an exciting and friendly firm based in Coventry! You will need 2 years+ post qualification experience within commercial property.

Up to 45k - Flexible

The role:
- Attend networking with professional introducers
- Compliance
- Process accurately correspondence and documents
- Liaise with existing and potential clients, and business contacts in a professional manner
- Accurately record messages, manage diary appointments, set up new files, deal with filing, storage and retrieval of client`s files, title deeds and other documents, as well as closing and archiving of files
- Deal with all accounting and financial matters accordingly
- Ensure all incoming correspondence is dealt with timely
- Deal with all legal work in accordance with the Solicitors Code of Conduct
- General day to day administration

The person:
- Friendly, approachable and professional
- 2 years+ PQE
- Either from a solicitor background or CILEx qualified
- Must be local to Coventry
- Strong background in commercial property
