Seeking a professional Legal Secretary to join one of the oldest running and most recognised Legal Firms in the West Midlands, providing secretarial support to their busy Commercial Property Division located in their Kidderminster office.

You will be responsible for undertaking all work of a secretarial nature that will be requested of you including audio typing, word processing and assisting with file management. You will also be responsible for the organisation of the work diary and ensure all appointments are set up and confirmed for clients and staff alike.
As well as that you will be dealing with filing, storage, and the retrieval of client`s papers and files ensuring they are kept confidential and safe in accordance with firm policies and any other tasks requested by the Fee Earner.
It is essential that you have a successful work history in a similar secretarial role. Experience of working within Commercial Department is highly advantageous.
The successful candidate will be organised, have the ability to work well under pressure and be able to produce quality work to tight deadlines. Excellent telephone and face to face manner is vital in this role as you are dealing with people continuously throughout the working day.
You must have strong typing ability and be computer literate in Windows Packages, including Word and Excel.
SOS is desirable.
