Brook Street are working with a leading law firm based in Newport who are looking for a Commercial Property Paralegal to support Commercial Property team.

The Job role -

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal to join our team, working alongside the Partner/Head of Department. Assisting with commercial property transactions of varying degrees of complexity and running own varied caseload of commercial property matters, this role will afford the successful candidate excellent career progression opportunities. The successful candidate will need to "hit the ground running", having direct client contact and picking up a full and busy case load. The successful candidate will have identified Commercial Property as the area of law in which they wish to develop their career. It is their intention that upon successful completion of the initial probationary period of 6 months, the successful candidate will enter into a Period of Recognised Training within the Commercial Property Department.

The Ideal Candidate -

Essential: LPC/GDL or recognised equivalent, at least 2 years' experience of working in a Commercial Property law Department, IT Literate and experience of using Microsoft Office packages, excellent attention to detail, ability to prioritise workloads and deal with competing demands.
