Commercial Property Paralegal

Excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Paralegal to join our client, working for a medium size law firm located in North London.

As a Commercial and Residential Property paralegal you will work with and directly support three solicitors.

This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with three commercial and property solicitors and really learn, develop, and grow from their expertise.

You will be assisting with: opening files, compliance, anti-money laundering checks, title documents, searches, drafting documents, managing completions and post-completion work.

Skills required:
o Excel in your attention to detail and time management.
o Show great initiative and be proactive with your work.
o Good MS Word and Excel skills.
o Ability to work under pressure in a busy legal office and to manage your own workload.


You will be working full time, permanent role, suited to an ambitious person who is keen to be involved in the growth of the firm, Salary offered £20- £24k with 20 days holiday + bank holidays and great on-boarding training programme.

You must have at least 1+ years' experience within a similar role.
