Commercial Property Solicitor

£45,000 - £65,000

The role would include commercial sales and purchases including portfolios, landlord and tenant work acting for both landlords and tenants and small business acquisitions and disposals. No following is necessary since help is required for our two commercial property partners who have a regular flow of work from a number of high net worth individuals and small businesses.

In addition to being able to demonstrate a good level of experience and legal competence, we are looking for somebody with personality and enthusiasm.

An ability to establish a rapport with clients and contacts is essential as is an aptitude for hard work and a degree of hunger for success.

The role would particularly suit somebody who is attracted the combination of high value national transactions and our equally important local work and who is also able to throw themselves enthusiastically into marketing endeavours and contributing to our great links with the local business community around Otley.
