Our client is a Solicitors firm based in Cardiff, with a successful team specialising in Legal Services. They manage a commercial property portfolio for their clients and this involves full management of the portfolio, which the team take full responsibility for. They boast excellent feedback from their clients and have an excellent reputation.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
" Leadership and values
" To demonstrate the Firms values in dealings with clients and colleagues alike
" Financial
" To handle money in accordance with accounts procedures
" Business growth
" Client focus

Skills Required
" Commercial property experience. A minimum of 1 year PQE
" IT literacy including audio typing and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook
" Practical work experience in the Legal Sector
" Excellent communication skills
" Flexible approach
" Professional attitude towards work, maintaining a professional approach to all customers
" Ability to work independently
Minimum Expectations
" Experience using Ochresoft intelworks or similar work flow management system
" Experience using SOS connect or a similar data management system
" Academic Experience in the Legal Sector preferably in the field of Property Law
