Job Description

I am currently representing a prestigious law firm with 5 offices situated along the scenic Yorkshire Coast in Bridlington, Whitby, Scarborough, Driffield and Humnaby. My client is seeking a Commercial Solicitor/Lawyer to join them on a permanent full time or part time basis due to business growth as a result of their impressive reputation.

You will be responsible for a varied and often complex caseload and will represent a range of clients, advising on matters.

Key Responsibilities:
To undertake fee earning work, working both independently, with minimal
supervision and as a member of the team;
To maintain existing relations with the firms clients and assist and help develop new
relationships;
Must be willing to work closely with other departments within the firm on joint
projects;
Must be willing to participate in the growth and future development of the
department, assisting in the build up of the client base;

The successful candidate will have:
Hands on commercial property experience;
Excellent client facing skills and the ability to nurture existing clients and third party
relationships as well as the ability to help develop new business and assist in
networking events;
The ability to prioritise work and to work to strict timescales where required;
Technical proficiency and good IT skills;
