My client is currently looking for a temporary Commis chef to work from March 9th until potentially the end of April.
Working alongside the existing team you will be expected to work on different sections of the kitchen although it will mainly be on the salad bar. A willingness to learn new skills and techniques would of course be advantageous.
As Commis Chef you will:
Assist the team with food preparation
Prepare dishes utilising the best seasonal ingredients
Manage and maintain a safe working environment
Manage cleanliness of your section
Be involved in stock control and orders
Working Monday to Friday 8:30am - 3:30pm
