Job Description

Role - Administrations Co-ordinator
Salary - £20,000 - £22,000 pro rata
Job Type - Full Time, 6-month contract
Location - Oxford, Oxfordshire

Do you have experience of customer service and have great communication skills?
If so, this may be the contract role for you. We are looking for a responsible and hardworking individual to join our client on the outskirts of Oxford. You will be providing professional, fast front line support to diverse customer base mostly via email, telephone phone and in person. This is a 6-month contract position working for a fun and friendly client working closely in a team of 4.

What will you be doing as an Administrations Co-ordinator?

" Providing friendly and fast front line support to a diverse customer base
" Research and troubleshoot customer enquiries through the business
" Responsible for investigating escalated issues/service requests and communication updates
" Responsible for more complex complaint management to achieve a "close-loop" resolution process for the customer, limiting the need for the customer to contact numerous times for the same issue
" Cross-functional work with all team members to resolve enquiries, especially finance team
" Assistance writing and curating customer facing documents to support the Commissions process
" Exploration of a ticketing system to handle enquiries in line with service level expectations
" Detailed logging of enquiries to identify areas of re-occurring concern and highlight opportunities for improvement
" Inform management of difficult queries and relaying updates
" Putting customer information onto the CRM database
" Undertake such other duties and tasks as may lie within the scope of this post to ensure the effective delivery and development of the financial service for the UK business units

" Experience in the use of an accounting software
" Ability to work effectively with, and within, a team
" Strong interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills
" Dependable and trustworthy
" Strong attention to detail and accuracy
" The ability to work on own initiative, prioritise work, handle pressure of meeting tight deadlines
" The ability to communicate effectively in person, in writing and over the telephone with individuals
" Excellent verbal and written skills to be portrayed with confidence
