Our client is a property development company based in the City Centre. They are now looking for an experienced communications and marketing manager to deliver campaigns that promote investment and lettings, and build brand and business reputation, and competitive edge.
Responsibilities within the role will include:
Develop, execute and implement proactive, strategic and integrated communications across the UK and globally to drive investment, achieve lettings and meet company KPIs.
Ownership of all digital marketing activity to drive lead generation and grow our digital footprint - develop creative, engaging content for specific audiences, deliver best performance of company websites, social media, PPC, paid social, Display, SEO, email campaigns and Affiliates.
Constantly review and understand customer needs, motivations and purchase behaviours; Analyse activity and performance of campaigns, reporting findings to company Directors on lead volume, budgets, costs and methods of sourcing; Identify improvements to performance and shape roadmaps to implement changes.
Own, manage and update marketing technology stack and marketing mix
Hands-on day-to-day management of all communications team activities, tasks and projects, ensuring constant delivery of tasks to deadline - line management of employees in copy writing, digital marketing, graphic design, CGI and SEO/PPC.
Maintain a proactive media relations programme to build relationships with key publications and media outlets; produce engaging content and handle media enquiries.
What you will need:
Minimum five years' experience in a similar role, ideally within the residential property industry
Successful track record in delivering leads through digital and print channels
Energetic, focused and target driven. Positive outlook, team player and a problem solver.
Inspiring to others and able to influence in a cross-functional team environment.
Strong track record in delivering projects to tight deadlines and managing budgets
