Job Description

We are looking for a highly organised administrative assistant to support a fast-paced internal communications team. With an interest in communications, you will be multi-talented, have excellent digital skills, and the ability to learn new platforms quickly

You will be working with a new team who work hard to produce excellent communication to their staff and learners, so attention to detail is a must. You will be unphased by tight deadlines and changing priorities

This is a blend of working from home and working in the office, therefore your own transport is essential. The hours of work are 8:30 - 16:30 with a 16:00 finish on a Friday

This post is initially for a three-month period however has the potential to be extended

You must have an NVQ in Business Administration or suitable experience in a similar role, a minimum of 5 GCSE's (including Maths and English), and be competent using MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Candidates must have an Enhanced DBS prior to assignment
