Job Description

Internal Communications Manager
We are delighted to be representing our Newcastle based client in the search for an Internal Communications Manager to join their expanding company.

The successful candidate will be creative, dynamic and passionate and will be able to demonstrate proven commitments to projects whilst delivering KPIS.

You will be process driven, structured and will embrace change. You will have a strong understanding and proven experience in shaping language to convey the company massage.

You will source information from departments and colleagues across the business and deliver it to the company through relevant communication channels. This influential role will take charge of all Internal Communication projects, working closely with the HR Director to promote company projects, providing communications expertise and insight.

Required Skills and Experience
" 5+ years of experience in communications, marketing, or similar discipline.
" First-class communication and writing skills, with great interpersonal skills.
" Ability to create strategic plans, see the big picture, and have the skills and motivation to self-implement.
" Experience of taking on projects, making them your own, and delivering engaging campaigns for a broad range of work.
" Confidence in creating innovative plans for improving our internal communication strategy.
" A results-oriented mindset: motivated to work towards KPIs, perform A/B testing, and monitor engagement.
" Experience organising and managing events.
" Demonstrated experience using platforms such as Microsoft Office, Mailchimp (/email management), Content Management Systems, Google Analytics, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn.
" Creative design skills including use of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro etc.
" Ability to occasionally travel to offices around the UK, or to Head Offices overseas.
