Brook Street is currently working on behalf of our Global IT Client to recruit an experienced Communications Manager.

This role is required from December 2020 for 18 months.

The role will be fully remote, although, there will be an element of travel required (5-10% of the time) post Covid/when safe.

Role description:

Drive a clear and consistent message to increase internal and external preference and desire to do business with us by having a differentiating value proposition that we stand for in the minds of our customers and the benefit they should expect from us.

Key Activities cover:

• Support our client`s Area Consulting Services (MCS) Lead (General Manager) in landing and implementing Corporate Services strategy in Western Europe Headquarter and in the Western Europe Field Organization in cooperation with the Western Europe MCS Leadership Team.
• Support the MCS Solution Strategy Team in thought leadership development on leading innovations and communicate it to the field MCS Organization and across Western Europe Commercial Business.
• Develop, deliver and maintain creative marketing and communications strategies, plans and approaches to increase MCS awareness and improve brand perception across Western Europe Commercial Business.
• Work with Western Europe Headquarter MCS Leadership Team and align with Corporate and Western Europe Commercial communications functions to put the strategy into practise. This includes design and development of creative communications plan and internal (external) communications products - communication platform, mails, presentations, briefings, conference presentation and speeches, etc.

Candidate requirements:

Candidates need to have strong communications and strategic thinking capabilities as well as profound editorial capabilities, time management and collaboration skills.

We are looking for the detail-oriented forward thinkers who are familiar with project management and are adept at working with teams of diverse professionals, such executives, managers, sales/other consultants and various cultures across Western Europe.

Strong presentation and creative skills are equally important.

Business Language is English. Academic English proficiency is requested.
