Our client is looking for someone to become an integral part of their customer service team by offering a friendly and welcoming face. To be successful in this role you must have exceptional customer service experience as well as good admin experience although full systems and administration training will be given.
Community Associates are the guest experience specialist for our locations. From welcoming customers and guests, to supporting our centre operations and sales activities, to maintaining customer relationships, the Community Associates are an integral part of a team that continually works to improve our customer experience.
