Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has become available in Eurocentral with one of Brook Street's national clients who operate in over 120 countries, 900 cities and 3000 locations to join their team as a community associate.

Our client is looking for someone to become an integral part of their customer service team by offering a friendly and welcoming face. Their mission is to enable our customers to do the best work of their lives, wherever their business takes them. To be successful in this role you must have exceptional customer service experience as well as good admin experience although full systems and administration training will be given.

Community Associates are the guest experience specialist for our locations. From welcoming customers and guests, to supporting our centre operations and sales activities, to maintaining customer relationships, the Community Associates are an integral part of a team that continually works to improve our customer experience.
