Job Description

Job title: Community Associate (Temp)
Days: Monday - Friday
Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm
Pay rate: £8.21
Location: Gloucester
Duration: Temporary Ongoing

Community Associate responsibilities:

" Assisting the Community Manager to run the centre
" Checking in and out of short stay clients in both meetings rooms and office space
" Ensuring the centre is up to standard aesthetically
" Be responsible for resolving or escalating customer queries or issues

" Administration skills
" Resilient and enthusiastic
" Great customer service skills
" An eye for detail
" Able to set high standards for themselves and everyone around them
" Self-motivated and able to solve problems quickly and efficiently
