My client is currently recruiting for community care co-ordinators to join their growing team.

Your duties will include managing the care team making sure provision of practical support and personal care services to the clients always runs smoothly.
Gather and understand the care workers availability on a weekly basis
To complete the weekly rotas and ensure they are communicated
To ensure the care running's are as effective as possible,
Promoting business development

You will receive yearly appraisal, ongoing training and support, career growth opportunities, pension, assured care for you and family members, cycle to work and more.
You;
must be a driver with own care
must have minimum 6months experience in community/domiciliary care
must work enjoying working in a large team
