Exciting opportunities have become available for passionate and dedicated Community Care Team Leaders in the Liverpool, Sefton, St Helens and Kirkby areas.
You will be working for a well-known local homecare provider who delivers individualised care packages to vulnerable people from a wide range of backgrounds such as: elderly, physical disabilities, learning disabilities and hospital discharges.
As the Community Care Team Leader, you will be out and about dropping in on the care assistants and performing spot checks, medication audits, highlighting areas for training and assisting with the care packages should a breakdown or emergency occur. You will be a person for the carers to turn to for advice and guidance and will have a strong knowledge of CQC standards and how they will be met.
The successful candidate would be a driver with a good knowledge of the care sector and some supervisory experience. NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care would be advantageous too!
This is a full-time position with a pay rate of £9.30 for weekdays and £9.70 for weekends, in addition to exciting benefits and opportunities for training, progression and career development.
