This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate Community Team Leader.

You will be working for a well-established organisation who provides care and support to people with a learning disability with a diverse range of needs.

As the Community Team Leader you will oversee the Supported Living Services within the Accrington area. Your duties will include completing audits, ensuring Care Quality Commission regulations are being adhered to, completing rota's, staff management and completing risk assessments.

The successful candidate will hold relevant experience of leading and managing a team and hold a Level 3 in Health and Social Care.

This role is home based working 39 hours , with a salary of up to £27,000. Training and Induction will all be provided. The role is initially 3 months with a view of joining permanently.
